I would like to just take a minute of my time to give you an ATTA-BOY. I was in the Brainerd show room to see if your store had a torsion spring for my garage door that I could not find elsewhere in Brainerd. After giving the gentleman the dimensions of the spring, he went to see if you had one. He returned to say you did not have one but that he could make one up for me. 10 minutes later, there it was! I have become very accustom to hearing"We can have it ready for you tomorrow." I also work in retail and have an idea what good customer service is.
